- Grammars and themes must be imported individually from subpaths (e.g., '@lpm.dev/neo.highlight/grammars/javascript') for tree-shaking to work
- The `language` prop on React components requires a Grammar object, not a string - use `resolveGrammar()` to convert strings
- AutoHighlight detects language from class names (language-js, lang-python) or data-language attribute on <code> or <pre> elements
- applyTheme() and autoHighlight() return cleanup functions - call them on component unmount or page navigation
- For SSR, use getThemeStylesheet() to generate CSS at build time; applyTheme() only works in browser environments

Resolve a language string to a `Grammar` object by checking grammar names and aliases. Useful when you have a language identifier from user input (e.g. `"js"`, `"py"`, `"tsx"`) and need to find the matching grammar.

## SSR Support

Both the React and vanilla APIs work in server-side rendering environments out of the box. The `highlight()` function and `<Highlight>` component produce static HTML strings with inline styles -- no client-side JavaScript is required to display the highlighted code.

For server rendering, use `getThemeStylesheet()` to generate a CSS stylesheet string that can be injected into a `<style>` tag:
